The water-cooled compressors of the SAUER 6000 series have a modular design with up to six cylinders, which allows many different variations with final pressures of up to 500 bar and a drive power of up to 230 kW. As the largest immersion piston compressors of their kind, they allow maximum performance even in the most difficult conditions.
Outstanding characteristics:
High flexibility in compression unit configuration
Low-vibration operation through special W- or V-arrangement of compression units
Highly integrated and fully operational unit for foundation-free installation
Anti-vibration mounts for structure borne noise isolation
Integrated cooling water circuit with high performance water coolers for each cylinder
Extensive protection systems with temperature and pressure sensors available in each stage
Compression of several technical gases possible due to gastight crankcase and low leakage rates
Variable frequency drive possible with defined speeds - optimization of every process
Every compressors comes with:
Complete compressor check at final pressure, including 3.1 inspection certificate
Long operating life with guaranteed spare parts availability (at least 25 years) from stock
The wear-free magnetic coupling drive between compressors and motor not only guarantees hermetical gas-tightness but also is extremely low-maintenance and operates with maximum reliability.
Integrated water cooling
The most efficient cooling solution for high drive power, reliable and easy to maintain.
The reliable, hermetically gas-tight compressor design ensures that neither gas can escape nor ambient air can contaminate the compression medium.
