Sauer Compressors at the HANNOVER MESSE 2023
Sauer Compressors traditionally invests in new compressor concepts and thus constantly expands its product portfolio. At this year's HANNOVER MESSE, we will be presenting several new types of gas compressors. You will find us from 17 - 21.04.2023 in hall 4 at booth D07.
New compressor solutions for the gas industry
Sauer Compressors has worked closely with partners and customers to develop new gas compressors that are ideally designed to meet current and future requirements of the gas industry.
The SAUER Orkan series is suitable for compressing many gases and many different applications. The first standard types of the series are:
- two high pressure air compressors with maximum final pressures of 350 and 500 bar(g) respectively,
- a high-pressure helium compressor with a maximum final pressure of 350 bar(g), and
- a high-pressure nitrogen booster with a maximum final pressure of 350 bar(g) and an inlet pressure of 4 to 8 bar(g).
In addition to developing completely new compressor platforms, Sauer Compressors is also focusing on expanding and optimizing existing series. Proof of this is the expansion of the air-cooled SAUER Hurricane series. The new SAUER Hurricane WP4366LH B3-8 and WP4399LH B3-8 high-pressure nitrogen boosters offer a maximum final pressure of 350 bar(g) at an inlet pressure of 3 to 8 bar(g) and are specifically designed for the compression of nitrogen. They are based on the series' durable platform, which has proven itself over many years in the harshest operating conditions.
Complete compressor systems from a single source
Sauer Compressors is also continually expanding its range of accessories specially tailored to the high-pressure sector, such as refrigeration dryers, adsorption dryers and bottle racks. This also includes the intelligent Sauer ecc 4.0 compressor control system developed in-house, giving the industry access to individually tailored complete solutions. The portfolio ranges from compressor systems on base frames to complete systems consisting of high-pressure compressors including gas treatment, storage and distribution to complex hydrogen systems in ATEX design for the aerospace industry.

Sauer Compressors will also have a stand at Hydrogen + Fuel Cells Europe at the same time. There, interested trade fair visitors will find compressors and solutions for the hydrogen industry (hall 13, stand D43/1).
